Red silk satin serves as the backgroud for all-overraised metallicembroidery depicting swirls of dragons and phoenixes. Suspender straps and a drawstring tie waist help carry the weight of the embroidery and adjust to fit. Metal cord fringe adds movement to the weighty silhouette. Skirt has many visible basting stitches- we believe them to be the temporary tacking for pleated panels of red satin- and will let their new owner uncover the hidden surprise.
